CHURCH STONED

The Evangelical Church Assembly of God in Uruguaiana, is located in the State of Rio Grande do Sul.
At the beginning of the Works the Church suffered much persecution from the local parish priest.
The Temple was constantly stoned and its members harassed by many people, commanded by the local priest of that time.
Tired of persecution, members decided to shut down church activities, and
to record the fact in the story, gathered in front of the temple to take a picture ...
When the picture was revealed, to general surprise, the angel of the Lord appeared with open arms.
From this fact, the members decided to continue with the Work of the Lord.This happened in 1954.

 I've been a few days in the city and I've seen the photo that many still have on hand.
